WE TELL STORIES
Sports & The Arts is a creative studio that brings fine art into the world of sports. Founded by Tracie Speca-Ventura, the company has spent years turning arenas and stadiums into colorful, story-filled spaces that capture the spirit of each team and community. Working alongside Tracie, Camille Speca helps bring each project to life—making sure every piece fits the story and the space just right. Together, they lead a team that’s passionate about creating environments that celebrate athletes, excite fans, and make art a meaningful part of the game-day experience.
TRACIE SPECA-VENTURA
Tracie founded Sports & the Arts (SATA) in 1992 to provide professional athletics and sports franchises with original artworks and limited edition charity pieces. Under her leadership and direction, the company has grown from coordinating original one-of-a-kind private commissions to curating multi-million dollar stadiums that house Fine Arts Collections of original artworks, photography and museum quality graphics. SATA’s collections grace the walls of organizations and venues such as Lambeau Field and the GB Packers, the San Francisco 49ers and Levis Stadium, the New York Yankees and Yankee Stadium, Scotiabank Arena, Capital One Arena and many more.
Tracie’s strengths are her inherent ability to foster relationships with artists and to discover up and coming artistic talent blended with local community involvement. Her discerning eye and strong art direction are paramount in creating insightful and compelling collections. Speca-Ventura’s skill in identifying emerging artists and combining their talents with nationally established artists creates distinct and unique collections for each venue the company curates. Tracie excels in negotiating artist rights, providing client with the potential of return on their investment and marketing opportunities. In addition, she is quick to identify sponsorship integration opportunities and determine precise locations to showcase the works throughout each venue.
Prior to founding Sports & The Arts, Tracie was director at the Sports & Entertainment Gallery in Los Angeles where she coordinated art openings for the Los Angeles Kings, featuring Wayne Gretzky and the NHL and baseball shows alongside Mickey Mantle, among others. Throughout her career, Tracie has generated more than two million dollars for charitable causes through donations and fundraising efforts. A past recipient of The Sports Business Journal’s prestigious Game Changers award, Ms. Speca-Ventura is a pioneer and advocate of the arts within the sports and entertainment industry. Tracie enjoys golfing the beautiful courses of California’s Central Coast and spends time with her husband Rick and son Leo, attending live theater whenever time allows.

CAMILLE SPECA
Camille joined Sports & The Arts in 2007 and serves as the firm’s Creative Director.
In this role, Camille leads the creative vision behind thematic storytelling through photographic installations and graphic wall treatments and by designing environments that both educate and inspire. These installations elevate the fan experience by weaving together art, sport, and history in ways that are uniquely immersive and emotionally resonant. Central to her approach is uncovering the players, moments, and narratives that speak to fans on every level—from the casual observer to the lifelong devotee. Guided by a deep appreciation for history, she draws upon each region’s collective memory to create installations that honor the spirit and legacy of the local community.
Before joining Sports & The Arts, Camille worked with leading design firms in New York City, contributing to high-profile campaigns across a diverse range of industries.
A native New Yorker, Camille now divides her time between her home in New England and her apartment in Amsterdam, appreciating the contrast between the two. She is an active volunteer who supports several local causes and nonprofit organizations, and in her free time, she enjoys boxing and exploring new running trails wherever she goes.
