SCOTIABANK ARENA

TORONTO, ONTARIO

Large wall art featuring logos for Toronto Maple Leafs and Raptors hockey teams.

Scotiabank Arena began a multi-year renovation of Scotiabank Arena in 2022 and engaged with Sports & The Arts to develop a robust art collection at the Arena. Phase one, unveiled in 2023, is a captivating showcase of diverse and dynamic works that enrich the cultural ambiance of this iconic sports and entertainment venue. As visitors traverse the arena’s corridors, they are greeted by an array of contemporary and traditional artworks, reflecting the vibrancy of Toronto’s artistic scene. Sports & The Arts commissioned 76 original artworks and over 90 pieces of custom photography for this phase.

Subsequent phases of the project, completed in 2024 and 2025, expanded the Collection to new locations with a mix of commissioned artworks, reproductions, and custom photography. The final phase, scheduled for 2026, will extend the art into several public-facing spaces, bringing the experience to an even wider audience.
